This video is in my opinion way better than the one they officially used. I'm guessing this was thrown to the cutting room floor when Common changed the album title from "Invincible Summer" to "Universal Mind Control". It's a shame cause this video captures the spirit of the song alot better in my opinion.
“I did this song that no one has ever heard before, ever,” he explained. “[It's] a song called ‘Fear.’ I recorded it when I did So Far Gone — the first verse and half of the second verse I had gotten through. But then I just stopped because it was getting eerie. It was getting where I didn’t know if I could [finish it]. And then the other night I had a moment and I finished the song. That’s gonna be the last song on the retail [version of] So Far Gone. And the third verse transitions into Thank Me Later. So the last line of the third verse is gonna be the first line on my album.”
This is the FULL ALBUM download of one of the greatest albums to come out ever!!! The group is "The Logistics" from Denver, Colorado featuring the members "Niaje" (Bradley Steward) and "Poetic THC" (Aaron Gaston). Lyrically, production wise, etc. this album is incredible from beginning to end. Feat. appearances by J-Smizz from the group Liquid Sun, Jus A.S.K., Chris Duncan and Rhias from the group Air Dubai. Check it out:
I'm unsure if this is the final cut of the Blueprint III cover but if it is I'm REALLY hyped on how that looks. The "Run This Town" Red Stripes with that all white structure inside is simply dope. I'm really anticipating the release of Jay's album.
Found this link at HHU courtesy of NT and really enjoyed what it had to offer. There's a link to archived #1 tracks dating all the way back to like 1940 and you can find out what was the number one song on the day that you were born. Above is the video to Madonna's "Vogue" which was the number one song in May of 1990 which is when I was born.
